Southampton Jewish Society is a tight-knit and growing JSoc on the South Coast, holding Friday Night Dinners, weekday 'Lunch and Learn' activities, and casual social events. We welcome both Southampton and Southampton Solent University students, visitors from other UK universities, alongside International and Israeli students.

Southampton is a city on England's South Coast with a thriving student life in the Portswood area including many bars and restaurants often full with students. Soton is a great place to study for Jewish Students looking for a high-achieving University, a great nightlife and a tight-knit Jewish Community. 

The City's Synagogue hosts a small Jewish community which meets on major and minor festivals and occasionally for regular weekday prayer.
