Rome is the oldest continuous Jewish community in the world and is still home to a vibrant Jewish landscape. Milan is home to one of the largest Italian Jewish communities. Milan's Italian Union of Jewish Students (UGEI) chapter and Chabad provide many opportunities for young adults and study abroad students to engage with Jewish life. There are also two progressive/ reform synagogues in Milan. Milan is home to several Kosher restaurants and stores, as well as Italian and Sephardic synagogues.
