University Open Days
24th June and 16th September 2010

JSOC Region Central

JSOC Size 15

JSOC Notes:
Ours is a small but friendly JSOC! We organise about 2-3 Shabbat meals every semester and also run "lunch and learn" sessions and have the Bristol Rabbi round every so often for fun and games! We also have the opportunity to take part in some Bristol Uni JSOC events (they have a much bigger JSOC).

Campus Notes; nightlife, places to eat and drink etc.
Bath has several bars and small clubs most of which have a student night on Mondays offering cheap drinks. The town is also dotted with your standard high street restaurants but also a selection of nice independent establishments.

Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday the Students Union runs an on campus club night. The SU bar and the general bar are open every day serving food and drink.
Final comments

Bath doesn't really have a large Jewish community and the JSOC here is small, but if you want a friendly group, lots of fun and informal events at a top class University, Bath is the place to be!
