Southampton and Southampton Solent Contact Details

We are a relatively small but active society. We organise regular events; Shabbat meals, Movie nights, Bowling days and pub crawls. There are members from a diverse background and we pride ourselves in upholding the religious and cultural festivals; Succot, Chanukah and a Passover Seder are to name a few.
We also hold shared events with the neighbouring JSocs, Bournemouth and Brighton and there have also been a few joint activities with other faith societies in the university.
Our society will only get bigger and better from here, with the new committee, there are going to be more social nights, more variety and also the much demanded educational sessions with the local Chaplain.

Southampton has a surprisingly good nightlife. There have been a few night clubs opening within the past year, we have the biggest nightclub in the south region, Oceana and there are many others to cater for any taste, From RnB to Disco there is a place to go.

There is currently no kosher accommodation since there has been no demand for it. Limited stocks of Kosher food has just recently been introduced at the local Waitrose.
