Do you have what it takes to be the next Campaigns Director of UJS?

Each year, the Union of Jewish Students appoints a Campaigns Director to lead on our political work. Whether inspiring activism on Israel, tackling hate speech or getting more students politically active, the role of the Campaigns Director is crucial to the success of UJS.

The role of the Campaigns Director is to increase the political strength of UJS, making sure that we are the voice and the will of Jewish students. In particular, the Campaigns Director's key objectives are to:

• Take the lead on national priority campaigns on behalf of Jewish students.
• Train, support and empower campaigns activists throughout the country.
• Engage with community and external organisations to advance the interests of Jewish students.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview in coming weeks. Campaigns Director is a 12-month fixed-term position commencing in June 2012.
