The Jewish Volunteering Scheme has now arrived in the capital!
The scheme was established in 2010, to facilitate volunteering by Jewish students in the local community. The organisation works by building partnerships with both Jewish and non-Jewish charities, schools and other causes and then providing a tailor-made volunteering set of opportunities for students.
The scheme was established by Nottingham student Ricky Kaplan, but since 2010 has expanded to become a national scheme.
Who are we looking for?
Vscheme looks for committed students to help bring Vscheme to London. We are looking for Vscheme reps in different areas of London to help establish links with charities and organisations in order to set up volunteering opportunities for other students. They will then help to recruit and organise students in these volunteering roles.
The application form to become a rep is available to download on the right hand side of this page.
Applications close on Tuesday 24th January
Interviews will be held on Sunday 29th and Monday 30th January.
So what are you waiting for? Apply now!
