Jewish Cultural Manager
Circa £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Norwood is the UK's largest Jewish charity for children and families, supporting adults and children with learning disabilities or coping with social difficulties. We believe that regardless of disadvantage or disability, everyone should receive the support they need to reach their potential and enjoy life to the full.
Leading a Jewish lifestyle is very important to the people who use Norwood's services. We make sure that people are aware of the Jewish way of life and Jewish ethics. We support our service users to help them live in this way.
We are looking for a motivated individual to develop, support and encourage a vibrant Jewish environment both culturally and spiritually for Norwood's service users.
You will lead training for all staff and volunteers, bring an awareness of the Jewish way of life to all services provided by Norwood, as well as maintaining and developing links with local Jewish communities.
You will have excellent leadership and presentation skills as well as being able to communicate effectively.
In return, you will receive strong leadership and guidance and the knowledge that your work is supporting vulnerable children, adults and their families.
