Come join UJS and top campus political activists on our annual Manhigut (meaning Leadership) summer trip to Israel.
This trip is a fantastic opportunity to improve your advocacy techniques and learn a lot more about the conflict in the Middle East from the facts and people on
the ground.
The 10 day trip is packed with a variety of speakers and sessions across the political spectrum, and includes opportunities such as visiting important political centres in Israel like the Knesset, Supreme Court, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There will also be sessions conducted by the Editor in
Chief of the Jerusalem Post, David Horowitz, and renowned Palestinian journalist, Khaled Abu Toameh.
Additionally, no political trip to Israel is complete without speaking to the people who are most affected by daily politics, and so this trip will include sessions with:
Community members from Sderot
Israeli Arabs from a village in the North
A number of Palestinian speakers.
We hope you will be able to join us on this trip that is, from experience, an amazing leadership and advocacy trip that will delve deep into the various conflicts in Israel, and will highlight the key messages to bring back to campus.
Registration will be open very soon!
