UJS Conference 2017

Voting_header.jpg

UJS is your union and Conference is the time to make sure we do what you want! Come and debate then vote on everything from what campaigns we run to what food we provide at events. Plus, be the first to hear the results of the Presidential Election. We'll also be electing National Council and Board of Deputies representatives - read about what these are here.

View Motions

Have your say in shaping your union: motions and amendments will be debated at UJS Conference on 10 December.

Policy lapse

Don't forget, any policy that passed in 2014 will automatically lapse this year (policy is effective for three years) unless the lapse is challenged - this is up to you! You can view policies that are due to lapse this year here.

Lapsed Policy can be challenged on the day of UJS Conference.

A free lunch will be provided.

Please contact Louise by 1 pm on Friday 8 December if you have any access or dietary requirements. We will do our best but cannot guarantee to be able to accommodate any requirements submitted after this time.

About UJS

We are the voice of over 8,500 Jewish students, spanning 60 Jewish Societies (J-Socs) on campuses across the UK and Ireland. We are traditional, progressive, cultural and spiritual; we come from the left, centre and right and can be found across religious and political spectrums.

Together we create and deliver powerful campaigns; fighting prejudice, advancing inclusion, and inspiring education and action on the issues that matter to us.
