Josh Dubell

Josh started working at Masa Israel Journey in July 2018. In July of 2020, his role expanded where he is now Masa’s Regional Director for the UK, Netherlands and Scandinavia. His primary responsibility to send people to Israel on numerous 4-12 month programmes in Israel.

Previously, Josh managed the Birthright Israel UK programme, was the Regional Director & Education Director for the Union of Reform Judaism in Toronto, Ontario, coordinated the Communications provision at Alyth Synagogue and worked for both RSY & LJY-Netzer. He is also a proud graduate of the Shnat-Netzer Gap Year programme.

Josh is also currently on the advisory board for Solutions Not Sides and during lockdown was a founding member of UK Mutual Aid.

He has a love for music which manifested in his former band getting signed to a record label at the age of 17 and has also attended four Glastonbury’s. He is very much a health advocate and spends much of his time at the gym, playing Basketball and walking around the streets of North London.
