[ ] Have you created an event online?
[ ] Have you advertised your event? Use social media, posters, and mailing lists.
Venue & Logistics
[ ] Have you booked a room/venue? Confirm date, time, and accessibility (step free/lift/entrance requirements)
[ ] Have you considered if there is step-free access available (lift/ramp/dropped curb)?
[ ] Are there accessible toilets (note RADAR key if required)?
[ ] Is there a room that you can use as a quiet/ sensory space?
[ ] Does your event need security? Coordinate with campus security, CST or UJS.
[ ] Do you need to fill out a speaker form? Required by universities when hosting an external speaker on campuses
Tickets & Accessibility
[ ] Is the event free or ticketed? Make sure pricing is clear and accessible.
[ ] Have you provided a low-income ticket option/ link to bursary/ option to prevent financial barriers?
[ ] Have you consulted the accessibility checklist?
Budgeting
[ ] Have you filled in a budget form?
Refreshments and Catering:
[ ] Has food been prepared safely?
[ ] Is there available food allergen info on-site?
