Are you holding your knife correctly? Scared of a sharp knife in the kitchen? Want to improve your efficiency and consistency when preparing food? This class is right for you.
Learn all the basic knife skills, from how to cut an onion properly, to chiffonade or jullienne in this approx. 2 hour class! Each person will be making their own Imam Bayildi and a delicious fennel and herb salad to enjoy at the end of the class, and the basics of how to use a knife correctly and look after it.
SPACES ARE LIMITED! There is only space for 5 people, however if demand is high, another class can be arranged. Look out for the ticket link release on the event page to secure your place.
After having worked in a kitchenware shop for five years, and attending and assiting cooking classes myself, I have noticed the large amount of even experienced home cooks who lack some basic knife skills that can really speed up, and more importantly, make their cooking safer.
