Add concerns about how our friends are coping in this difficult time and we may find ourselves experiencing empathy fatigue as the cost of caring becomes too much. Join UJS and Jami for our webinar to explore how we find balance between our exam stress and empathy fatigue and boost our wellbeing along the way. Featuring a 30mins discussion on how to manage exam-related stress facilitated by Jami. Come along for the full day or pop in for a little while.
