Levona Zarum (she/her) is the Campaigns and Leadership Development Sabbatical Officer for 2026/2027.
Levona has just graduated from the University of Aberdeen way up in the North of Scotland (and yearning to return) with an integrated Masters in Philosophy where her dissertation explored moral responsibility and the morally deformed agent and actually managed to enjoy it.
She spent two years as President of Aberdeen JSoc. Since then, she’s served on UJS National Council and is excited to help Jewish students make the most of their Jewish experience on campus.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find her laughing at something that probably wasn’t that funny or convincing someone to have a philosophical debate they didn’t ask for.
She’s looking forward to getting stuck into all the oy’s and joy’s that the year will bring!
