Mark Barnett

Mark became a trustee of UJS in September 2017 and helps to assist the Board in matters relating to fund raising.

Mark was previously Head of UK Equities at Invesco and is currently taking a break from his asset management career.  He is also a trustee of The Boys Clubhouse, a charity dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for disadvantaged and disillusioned young men.

Mark was previously connected to UJS as Chairman of Reading University J-Soc during his undergraduate years in the late 1980s.

Mark lives in Brondesbury Park with his wife, Lisa and four sons.  He enjoys tennis and during lockdown has developed an addiction to the Peloton bike
