Join QMUL Jsoc for a 3 part course called Mind Over Terror
This is not your standard mental health first aid, this course teaches you a simple protocol to treat psychological shock.
The course has also been shown to increase resilience in participants.
This is not being taught anywhere else in the UK and is being hosted by Heads Up CIO.
It is open to all students and young professionals.
Full certification is available for those who attend all three sessions.
