Ruben Persey (he/him) is the Campaigns, Schools and 6th Form Sabbatical Officer for 25/26. Having just graduated from the University of Warwick Ruben has been involved in Jsoc and UJS throughout his time on campus.
Ruben held three positions on Warwick Jsoc; Charities, Interfaith and President.
Ruben is excited to work within campaigns at UJS as he is passionate about working within the political system to achieve positive change. He has spent a lot of time thinking about working at UJS and hopes he can bring forward ideas and a different perspective.
In his spare time, Ruben can be found taking part in water sports or eating hummus on pasta (or both at the same time)
