What is the most Israeli food? When you think of Israeli foods, the first thing that comes to mind is... Well, maybe it's in the top 3, but falafel has always been considered a particularly beloved Israeli dish. And how could it not be? It's hot, tasty, and comforting. In a pita with tahini and pickles, it's an Israeli salad. In the workshop, we will learn to make falafel like pros. We'll talk and learn about its history—where it comes from and how one dish has created so much debate about who it belonged to and what its country of origin is.
