Oxford Brookes is a small growing J-Soc that does events closely with the University of Oxford, often sharing Shabbat dinners and socials. Oxford Brookes is situated just outside the city centre, meaning you’re only a short bus or bike ride away from the rich history and beautiful culture that Oxford provides. Students at Oxford Brookes are welcome at Oxford J-Soc events.
Kosher Food & Accommodation
In addition to the kosher meals we host in the The Oxford Jewish Centre every Friday night and Shabbat lunch during term-time, we also have very popular 3-course kosher dinners every weekday during term.
Kosher food is also available in Oxford from Sainsbury’s on Cowley Road and at the Slager Jewish Student Centre, which is run by Chabad.
