Black History Month

October marks Black History Month, a month dedicated to commemorating and celebrating Black history, and honouring both the achievements and struggles of Black people and communities. Jewish people come in every colour, and Black Jews are often not recognised or represented enough in our community. This month we want to highlight just a few Black Jewish figures from history and in the present. Feel free to get to know the inspirational Black Jews below. Check back on this page throughout Black History Month, as we post new content throughout October!
