Freshers 2016, thanks for having us!

As the whirlwind of Freshers 2016 draws to a close, we’re proud to say that we’ve been to over 40 of your campuses. We’ve met countless Jewish freshers and caught up with old friends, enjoyed kosher sweets and homemade brownies at some far-flung campuses and we even heard the Shofar at a few fairs!

Guess who's back...

What a week we’ve had! We’ve travelled by plane, train, bus and car, and some of us have ventured further out of North West London than ever before. We’ve been up to Glasgow and Edinburgh, down to Exeter and Canterbury and at 35 J-Socs in between… And we’re not done yet! Look out for us next week at a whopping 32 more campuses, including Bournemouth, East Anglia, Nottingham and several in London. In the meantime, here are some highlights from the past week…

Chazak v’Ematz – be strong and have courage, Gilad Erdan MK tells us at Time to Lead

Yesterday UJS (the Union of Jewish Students) hosted its annual training seminar for students heading to campus in the coming weeks. 40 students from 19 campuses across England and Wales gathered to attend Time to Lead in London, where they attended sessions to prepare them for the new academic year.
