120 students celebrated British and Israeli artistic culture together at Tel Aviv London: Dancefloor Fusion on Thursday night. The evening opened with a canape reception, during which guests enjoyed an exhibition of British and Israeli student photographers’ works on the theme of ‘Urban Dance’.

In the past week I’ve heard a lot about what it’s like to be a Jewish student.

There can be no excuses for the events that took place at UCL last night. The fact that such violence and hostility took place only 9 months after the incident at KCL, with police having to once again be called, is an absolute disgrace.

Last night (6 October) Goldsmiths J-Soc hosted an interfaith event for over 30 students and faith leaders of various denominations. 

As the whirlwind of Freshers 2016 draws to a close, we’re proud to say that we’ve been to over 40 of your campuses. We’ve met countless Jewish freshers and caught up with old friends, enjoyed kosher sweets and homemade brownies at some far-flung campuses and we even heard the Shofar at a few fairs!
