Hi, my name is Efrat. I am the Jewish Agency Israeli Fellow to UJS in London.
This year I just graduated with my B.A in International Relations and Education in The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and the University of St. Andrews in Scotland
I grew up in Yeruham, in the south of Israel, but for the last 3 years, I lived in Jerusalem because of my studies.
In my military service, I served as a Basic Training Commander, and those 2 years when I commanded dozens of soldiers with different backgrounds, and that was what made me fall in love with Education and with working with people
after my military service, I was a Shlicha of the Jewish Agency at a summer camp in Florida as an Israeli culture specialist
I worked in a few youth movements- as a branch manager in the Scouts, and as a counsellor in "Aharai" and "Latet", and also I worked in the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
This past year, which was my last year of study at the university, I did a semester abroad at the university of St. Andrews and that taught me about studies in Britain as a jew and that is also what made me know about the UJS organisation and to want to work in it
I'm so excited to meet you all and work with the students of London
you are more than welcome to talk with me:
